All records for this plan are stored on one vitalkey device. You may wish to order duplicate vitalkeys for other members of your family or a caregiver. You will automatically receive one VitalKey with your order. Please indicate below if you would like duplicate copies of your VitalKey. A one-time cost of $49 will be added to your order for each duplicate copy that you order.
